Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our London studio. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

United Kingdom — Free, tracked

International — £25, tracked

Where we ship

We currently ship internationally to: Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the Netherlands, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, and the United States.

If your country isn't listed, please contact us — we may be able to arrange shipping on request.

Customs & import duties

Customs & import duties Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes, set by your country's customs authority and payable by the recipient.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, please contact us — we'll work with you to find the best solution.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received it within 24 hours of your dispatch confirmation, get in touch.

Returns

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@studioagaea.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
